This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules that apply when using DotsFlow CRM, Call Agent, Website Concierge and related DotsFlow services.

This policy is intended to protect our customers, their customers, DotsFlow, third-party platforms and the broader services that support our products.
By using DotsFlow, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with this policy, our Terms of Service and applicable third-party platform rules.
You may only use DotsFlow for lawful business purposes.
You must comply with applicable laws, regulations and industry requirements that apply to your business, communications, customers and use of DotsFlow.
This includes, where relevant, requirements relating to privacy, data protection, consumer protection, telecommunications, marketing, electronic communications and call recording.
DotsFlow must not be used to send unlawful or abusive bulk communications.

You may not use DotsFlow to threaten, harass, intimidate or abuse another person.
DotsFlow may not be used to distribute or facilitate content or communications that are unlawful, threatening, intentionally abusive or designed to cause harm.
DotsFlow may not be used to facilitate activities, products or services that are illegal in the applicable jurisdiction.
You are responsible for determining whether your products, services and communications are permitted under applicable laws and the policies of connected platforms.
We may restrict use of DotsFlow where an activity creates substantial legal, security or platform-compliance risk, even if it is not expressly listed in this policy.
You may not use DotsFlow to distribute malware, malicious code or harmful software.

Automated DotsFlow outputs should not replace qualified professional judgment where legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice is required.
DotsFlow integrates with services operated by other companies. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies and restrictions.
This may include Meta products, Shopify, WooCommerce, telecommunications providers, calendars, email services and other connected platforms.
You may not use DotsFlow to bypass restrictions imposed by a third-party platform.
You may not use DotsFlow in a way that unreasonably consumes platform resources or materially affects service availability for other customers.
We may apply reasonable technical limits, usage restrictions, rate limits or plan requirements where necessary to protect the service.
Usage exceeding the limits of a paid plan may require additional usage fees, an add-on or an upgrade rather than attempts to circumvent those limits.
If we reasonably believe that use of DotsFlow violates this policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law or creates a material security or operational risk, we may take appropriate action.
